Checked the receiver from time to time and I would guess about 1% copy. There
were times when I would get two "TAG"s in a row or the entire word
"experimental" or "Holden Mass" or "FCC" etc etc but they were few and far
between. Could probably have pieced together the entire message if I had watched
all afternoon!
Calibration is good here - checked the PSK demod on WWVB. Had good reception in
the 14.071 MHz range. Your signal was weak enough that there was nothing audible
and nothing to be seen in the waterfall. A couple more dB and we might have had
something better to go on. I suspect that a quiet winter day would give decent
copy. Something to put on the list for next winter...
