A tip of the hat to John A for going ahead and not waiting for the 'cows to 
come home' as we used to say in Iowa - and which also applies, no doubt, in 
Minnesota. :)  I'm going to do the same thing - that is: apply for my own 
Experimental license with a list of TX loop experiments that can only be 
accomplished with higher power and larger loop sizes.

Thanks for the tips on how to go about this John. And good luck on your 
approval.
