good deal

I believe and am probably wrong but you cant talk back to
another Lic class. Kinda like airplane pilot talking to a part
15 user on the same channel ( I know thats not a 15 band )
but  ??

How much power and other restrictions and fer how long

how long did it take ,, how much BS involved in the application\\
( did they want your shoe size  HAR )

did you have to justify the lic. or just indicate "experimental "
