[Lowfer] Hifer and Lowfer captures

Hello NC, GA and RY:
Finally stopped for a moment and listened Sunday afternoon and
evening and had some captures.
NC and Ry and GA mixing it up on 13555.4xx

and another signal on 185.299 that appeared for about three
hours on Sunday evening. Can't quite figure the mode or
DFCW... but good signal. Will rotate loop to the SouthEast tonight
and see if it's still there.
