That's it.  I've been assuming it is owned by the town of Hominy.  I can 
even pick it up by cranking the dial way down on an old Realistic AM/FM 
stereo and using my active whip ... I can hear PN that way, too.  Of 
course I have an LF receiver for others.

I'll have to check out that link you sent to find out about HMY -- it 
isn't in the airnav database.
