[Lowfer] TAG/RY update

TAG is presently in PSKAM10 mode on 185.800 kHz, and will probably stay that
way for the week. Last week's Jason/PSKAM10 experiment was not a great
success. The Jason part worked very well, but the PSKAM10 performance
evidently suffered from the recording/playback process. My apologies to
anyone outside of Holden, MA that spent time trying to copy the PSK test.

RY is back on the air on 13555.41 kHz, in DFCW mode with 3-second characters
and 0.5 Hz shift (  _-_ -_--   ). I "borrowed" the antenna last week for 30
and 20 meter work -- did a pretty good job.

Hifers seen/heard last week in Maine: MP, GA, GG, HI and PBJ. I looked for
everyone else listed, but only saw the above.
