[Lowfer] [Hifer] Sig Reports

Fellows,

The HiFER band seemed perky last night w/ low noise. Seemed to hear
audibly more sigs of extraneous nature. There was ubiquitous HI HI,
those machine gun-like pops at times, and some stray voice comms.

Tuesday at 6:30P saw YEN, weak, some chars breaking up. Looked for DPC
and NL.

At 9P was looking for PBJ, NL but hearing HI HI.

Next also at 9P, see RY, GA and MP on one screen. MP was up and down
sig wise. GA was good copy. RY very strong and audible. At 7A this
morning RY still in there, others only traces and known by screen
location.
