[Lowfer] Answer from ARRL on New Band Assigments

Hello Folks,

Here is the Email that John Hennessee sent to me from the ARRL.  I called a
few weeks back and inquired about progress on the new bands.  Here is his
reply. I have cut and pasted it instead of attaching.

Paul,

You asked me this question a couple of weeks ago and I am sorry that I
haven't gotten back to you.

We think that this will happen in March or April, but it is still subject to
FCC delay.  Initially, it was on the proverbial fast track, but the NTIA
objections on 5 MHz delayed it.  Also, there have been concerns about
interference to PLC's.  Things are still looking positive.  73,
