Don't know Larry.  I don't see the burst here so it must be something
happening with Argo when it has a good signal near dogbone level.

A few advantages to this mode I see is the FSK provides a continuous
transmission so that quick propagation changes can be seen.  Also the 5
to 6 minuet space carrier would allow someone at a distance to use
QRSS120 slow mode to identify the signal.  Or maybe that really is AIE
after all.
