[Lowfer] TMO back on QRSS 30

Mike S,

When WA was shut down for a short while last night, I think it might have 
have been possible for TAG to have heard your CW signal, based on the strong 
ARGO copy he displayed today. Trouble is, he was afraid to turn on the 
receiver to the full 'weak signal non-ARGO mode' fearing WA would return to 
service and blast the cone right out of his speaker! <G>

PS: I could see your CW at this location, also, but not as strong as the
