Check out the ARRL Antenna Handbook for this. The radiation resistance of a 
loop varies to the square of the loop area BUT remember the signal in uv/m 
at a distant site varies to the square root of the radiation resistance 
change. Always remember the current X area product of a loop determines the 
signal strength and the current is independent of the Rr. I hate radiation 
resistance and use it only in a pinch.
