What a nice surprise ! This is your friendly spur checking in.
Just before dark yesterday afternoon - connected up the "Ashlockian"
loop. two 40 ft vertical sections, two 60 ft horizontals - limited
vertically 'cause that's as high as I can throw a hockey puck ! ! !
Using two of the NPN-PNP complementary pair amps..... as per K0LR setup
in other words the exciter in the house, and 70 ft of coax out to the loop.
Then an amplifier at the loop - connected through the toroid, and series
capacitors, as per instructions from Bill.
Thanks all for the captures - really exciting - and lots of fun.
Well worth the effort.
Will look for a cleaner spot than 299.5 - it looks like maybe below USA or
above WE/IP ? Suggestions welcome.
