I think I may have captured IP also. If someone could take a look at this
capture, there is a signal around .298 and if I use my imagination, I think
it is IP.

It was a strong signal, just not symmetrical enough for my brain to process
visually.

While listening last night I also saw some strong on/off signaling on RED's
frequency (185.5) but could not make anything of it.

I have to listen a little more often...
