With the latest 3 GHz computers, it is possible to speed up the normal QRSS
signals so that information may be communicated more quickly. Some people
have even trained themselves to copy the resulting noise with their ears and
decode the message in their head. The term "Continuous Warbling" has been
used to describe the sound. For an observer on a spaceship travelling near
the speed of light, ARGO still works, thank goodness.
