[Lowfer] LEK in CW mode

Listened for LEK several times last night on 185.200, but no copy thru the 
carrier there.  The carrier fades from maybe 10 db to 18 db above my noise 
level and has a T 9 very fast wavering quality.  It has begun to fade out at 
around 8 AM local, so I guess it's to the west of me?  The frequency 184.700 
will be  a lot better, but there seem to be virtually no frequencies in this 
range where I don't hear something very weak, and that's with the computer 
and other electronics in the house turned off.  Amazing!   Off course, on 
ARGO, there are not very many 5 Hz spreads (in QRSS30)  where I don't have 
some sort of  signal. Guess it's the same all over.  No copy from WE either.  
Maybe tonight.
