[Lowfer] TMO Tune-up

Well, looking at WA/'s signal at Larry's (referenced to mine) I guess it is
time for a tune up of the loop.

I won't be much of a problem as I won't need the step ladder. The snow piles
from the parking lot EXCEED the 7 feet AGL of the loop.

The news reported today that the 85 inches of snow we have accumulated so
far is only 20 inches short of an average season. And we have 3 more months
to go.

If I don't come back soon, send those Saint Bernards with the rescue
supplies.
