An 8:30 PM CST capture of the sawtooth signal as seen in Minnesota is at:

http://www.qsl.net/k0lr/saw-1-04.jpg

My calibration was slightly off, but TMO and WA are near zero Hz on the
display; NC is at about -1 Hz. It's hard to identify any of the signals
except by frequency because they are being chopped up by my own LEK beacon.
The sawtooth has faded out almost completely by the end of this capture, and
WA is just beginning to show.

The next capture at http://www.qsl.net/k0lr/saw-1-04a.jpg shows that TMO, WA
and NC remained strong for at least an hour. The sawtooth was so faint that
it is almost completely invisible in this compressed version of the screen
capture. WE also re-joined the party during this time.
