I had the same problem with pdq.net which is part of Internet America. They 
installed spam filters without notifying the users first or offering a way 
to opt out of the email filtering. Had to call I. A. customer support by 
phone and ask for the filters to be turned off for my account. They did it 
within 30 minutes of my asking.

Besides I'd rather do my own spam filtering with Spamkiller...
