Oh, this is great! I was planning to move there, and now I'll have some real
New England style company. This will be perfect! I can do my Tesla coil
experiments all night long. They want me to leave Massachusetts because of
the ozone my stuff generates.  Here's a picture of my small setup at home:

With some real land up near you, I can finally build a bigger coil.
Something around 185 kHz should be really good.
