[Lowfer] Return of loop testing at 185.3

I was planning on watching the screen captures that others have been
posting. I won't have a receiver capable of narrow-bandwidth work until
next month :(
Right now I'm working on _transmitting_, and was curious to see the
comparison. This is probably all old hat for you guys though.
