[Lowfer] Return of loop testing at 185.3

Larry, Lloyd, Mitch, Jay, John, and other loop lookers:

I just reinstalled TX test loop on a 4" diam 30ft pvc pole guyed to the 
trees at the top via swivel joint (no droop <G>). The base is resting in a 
hole in the icy snow and it takes less than finger power to rotate. Think 
I'll go with this for tonight and tomorrow work on a scheme to electrically 
rotate and commutate. It's now pointing SW and sending 1w in an FM sequence 
with the big loop at 200mw (same as last week). The test loop is the upper 
signal on your screen.

Check it out. All-night captures and signal strength comparisons greatly 
appreciated.
