Bob,

>Well the total snow is over 25 inches. I cleared things up until
>2000 hrs last night and there was a burst of activity around 1 to 4 am
>looks like I didnt do anything HAR using a snow thrower that was M >dads
>and it does a good job up to 10 inches or so. So we will have to >see if it
>works with what is down. Surprisingly my back appears to be
>working OK ,,,,, kinda early rehab ( Grin )

Yah, watch that back. I remember seeing 3-stage snowblowers back in the
good-old days in upstate NY. Once the snow banks are 3ft high with a
2-stage, it gets real tough to make any headway.

We are now looking at some forecasts of 2ft for the Boston area with high
wind/blizzard conditions. The full moon will bring on high tides and
flooding for the coastal areas. Work has been called off for this afternoon
and "unlikely" for tomorrow. Have a stock of food, gas for the snowblower,
and wood for the fireplace. So if the roof holds we should be OK. Could be
looking at some snowmobile rescue duty for the first time in 23 years. We
moved here right after the famous Blizzard of '78 where people were stranded
in their cars on interstate 95/128 for days.

Bill
