[Lowfer] Loop Signal Differential

Dex, Larry, Lloyd, John, Bryce:

I just did a 2 mile radius survey of the two loop signals and found them to 
be as expected. SW of here the test loop lead the big loop by 3db and 
straight West the big loop lead the test loop by 3db. SSW they were equal. 
At least something makes sense. It must be that the loops have different 
wave angles in the azimuth direction. We will see what happens when the 
predicted one foot(+) snow arrives! Hope the receiving conditions out there 
improve.
