While reading John's Calibration technique for Sound Cards, I put together
an Excel spreadsheet for the Loran chains. I used the same chains that
John & John had used for their extensive "line" document.
It shows all the harmonics of the various chains that  would appear on
ARGO ( if you are following John's article ) when you tried to calibrate
the frequency of your individual sound card.

It's probably a lot more than anyone would want - but some bits and
pieces might be useful ... so use it in good health and good cheer.
I had discussed and reviewed a section with John before I did the final
list.
