Mine are all over 300 - wound with "household" #12 on lil pvc
spacers. In other words, like the DEX coil.
I have also done some Bowers - using 12 inch "sewer" pipe then
2inch foam insulation spacers. This resulted in a Q over 500.

Dunno if it helps, but take a lesson from the QRP guys - and use
low loss connections, big wire, etc just to reduce losses.
And Bill can sleep at night !
