[Lowfer] Monitoring MP

Mitch,

My plans are to continue monitoring 137.780 for MP as well as 185.300.

I have a separate receiver setup on your frequency now and
If conditions ever improve again I will start uploading
your captures again. 

Except for the antenna I have 2 independent receivers/computers
dedicated to these monitoring operations. At some point I am going 
to erect another K9AY.
