Thanks for setting up on 185.3. Is there nobody else on 185.3xx tonight? 
Larry: That screen is dead! Dex: Are you seeing anything? The signals we're 
putting out here are 100% normal.

I was looking over the math today on how these signals should compare. The 
original computations assumed a 80ft circumference circle for the test loop 
and didn't account for the fact that the area in an octagon with 10ft sides 
is .83db less. Accounting for this, the difference between the two signals 
should be ~8.9db, which is very close to the comparison made by John A, 
yesterday at 40mi. Now if the prop. would improve we can see how the skywave 
signals compare.
