[Lowfer] Update on Updated List Update (Huh???)

Thanks to those who responded about the beacon listing pages, both here and
by direct e-mail.  I have just one more small favor to ask: could I impose
upon y'all to check them again?

Some of the responses indicated that both the LowFER *and* MedFER pages
disappeared in Netscape 4.7x.  What a surprise!  I hadn't made any changes
to the MedFER/HiFER page yet.

As it turned out, the pages disappeared only on the LWCA site...where, as it
turns out, I made what I thought was a tiny, insignificant tweak to the
LowFER/MedFER frames a few days ago.  But remembering that Netscape was
always a bit slow about implementing some of the HTML frame and table specs,
and not too tolerant of anything it didn't understand, I scrounged up a
machine today that has 4.75 on it and re-tweaked a bit.  Everything seems
work now, but I'd be grateful for confirmation from readers.
