Oh boy - can't do a thing without someone noticing ! ! !
I have been shifting down 0.5 Hz  every 5 minutes for the
first half of the hour, and then shifting back up to 780.4
for the second half of the hour.   G3NYK is taking a look
at the frequency and wanted me to move around a bit - so we are
stepping.
