All:
Built up a new xmtr, and added 1.5 mH to the inverted L antenna.
Now resonant and vibrating on 137780.6 kHz - as close as I
can measure.
I am licensed to 137.8 kHz, and have found this fits in between
loran lines. I will be leaving this transmitter on now 24/7 and
transmitting QRSS30.

Capture made this morning ( feb 6 ) by Lewis (IP) at 900+ miles.

The inverted L is a re-configuration of the loop - using a base coil of
3.5 mH ( with variometer ) and then 500 uH way up at the top, junction
of the vertical and top hat.

I hope that this will now provide a reasonable signal at 137 kHz located
centrally, for evaluation of antennas/rcvrs, etc at this frequency range.

Running 75 watts dc input, and antenna current is approximately 1 Amp
(depending on outside weather / temp ).

QSLs for sure.
