If you look at the timing of the higher and lower signal lines,
you can see that the N and then the C  show the "mystery" signal
filling in the spaces of the dah di   and dah di da dit.
In other words - its a form of DFCW - but  with the call sign
N C on the top line, and other information on the bottom line.
Same signal strength - so could be Dex generating "fill".

How about that ?
