Peter:
I assume you are doing captures from within the ARGO capture menu.
Before this option was available ( and now, with other programs )
I use a great graphics program for captures, and printing.
Check out Irfanview - at http://www.irfanview.com

Ok, yes the captures are from the Argo tab. I'd like to stay within
that app. and for most of what I've done it has been okay.

Vern offered another hint:
"If you make your JPEG size bigger you get better pic quality". Think
I'll explore that option. I've been printing through MS Photo Editor and
expanding the image size.

RE: switching receiving loop directions: I am not quite sure what
is happening to my signal - as it seems to be captured at night
( assuming skywave ) and sometimes long distance through the
day ( assuming ground-wave). Maybe it's the strange configuration
of the inverted L. ( half-a-loop ? )
I know I can see TMO day and night - even better in daylight hours,
and doesn't matter which antenna I use. So maybe there is a mix
of propagation modes.

Ah, I remember now but was currently thinking you were on a full loop.
That may be a factor to my rx location. Tonight I'll switch the
orientation between the two rx loops and watch again, one favoring MP,
the other LEK.

Thanks, Peter
