The picture was dated 1995. I think you were using your vertical then. Since
the gain off the top of a vertical is nil, there is nothing to see.

For those who have no clue what Terraserver is: One of Microsoft's few
decent products is an application that will serve up pictures of almost any
place in the continental US. While you might get lucky and get a SPIN, SPOT
or Landsat picture most times it is just an aerial photo. You can also get
Topo maps and in fact you can switch between maps and photos (at the same
orientation and scale) in order to determine what you are looking at.

Both the maps and photos are "seamless". That is to say that they bump up
against each other so well that it is difficult to tell that you are
scrolling from one to another.
