Just keep it under 50' tall and no body will bug you. Loops of 50' by 50'
are accepted by the group as being OK. Keep it at 1w input at the final and
you will be fine. I run a 45' vertical and a loop here.

As I've looked at different antenna designs I've run across various
interpretations of the part 15 rules with regard to antenna height and how
to measure loading coils and capacitance hats.
I've seen both liberal and conservative interpretations.
But does anyone have any experience with or ever heard of the feds ever
actually checking someone on this? Are they really going to measure an
antenna if they think it might be a foot too long?
And even if they do decide you're violating the rules, what would they do?
Would they jail you on the spot, fine you, are just tell you that you need
to make adjustments to get back into compliance?
