[Lowfer] UWL , WE and NC

I am located in Evansville, IN.   Still tinkering with the loop antenna and
my keyer computer developed a problem with the serial port so I have just
been transmitting a carrier. Now I just need to scavenge a connecter off an
old printer so I don't need to chop a printer cable up.
