[Lowfer] LEK

It was a nice present to come back from my holiday travels and find the
reception reports from Dex and from Bill de Carle. Wish I could do as well
as Dex when it comes to copying other signals while my transmitter is on! I
have to shut down the beacon during any serious reception attempts, which
means that LEK has been off most of the time this season.

LEK is transmitting on one of the towers that used to support the flat top.
I simply ran a wire from the top of the loading coil over to the isolated
tower. Antenna current is about the same as it was on the flat top, but
there is a lot of capacitance between the lower part of the tower and the
wall of the metal garage, so I expect that the radiation resistance isn't
very high. Nice to know that it's still radiating *something*, though.

Thanks to Dex and Bill, and the others who tried for LEK.
