[Lowfer] WOLF QSO on Friday

Dex and I are going to try a daytime WOLF QSO on Friday morning starting at
9:00 AM EST. The frequency for both TAG and NC will be 185.800. TAG will
transmit from 9:00 to 9:20 AM, allowing 10 minutes for Dex to decode and
transmit from 9:30 to 9:50 AM. The next hour will follow the same schedule.
Each transmission will include both call signs and a signal report. The
report format is:
N = Nil
T = Signal present but no copy
M = Partial copy
O = Complete copy starting on line # (see below)
R = Report received

If the report is "O", then the line number of the first copy will follow.
Example:
TAG NC O 960 indicates that NC received TAG starting on line 960.

A complete contact with no problems would take two hours. If there are
reception problems, repeats will be necessary.

In case of difficulty, I'll advise via the reflector.
