TAG is presently sending BPSK (MS100, ET1) on 185.800 kHz. Will keep it
going through the evening hours, anyway.

This is a DOS program, and cannot be run in a DOS box from Windoz. Fire up
your sigma-delta card, or use a SB-compatible sound card, following the
instructions in the text file that accompanies Africam. Results are not
guaranteed -- I'm still fighting my computer and sound card.
