	IZJ is currently off the air because of QRM problems with the "atomic
clocks" here.  Even when it's on it puts out a pretty lousy signal
because of lousy ground system.  PLI is on sometimes (but not regularly
any more) on 183.500 and he DOES put out a good signal.
