Wow! Two thoughts:

The integral kHz frequencies like 186.000, etc., tend to be havens for PLC's
and such things. You may get some listener feedback saying that the
frequency isn't clear in their area. Then again, it may work out just fine.

I think UWL is pretty stable, but try to be within 0.1 Hz of the intended
frequency. And you HAVE to be within 1 Hz or most guys will miss you.
