[Lowfer] XSR in CNY

Season's Greetings, all...

I just sent Ralph a capture of what I believe to be XSR. I had a signal all
weekend, including some daylight hours, but could only occasionally pick out
letters. An X here and an R there, etc.

Finally, I captured S R <space> X. I sent the capture to Ralph for
confirmation. Considering I am using a 706 directly on the LF frequencies
with an E-Probe, I am fighting sensitivity issues. This makes this capture
all the more exciting to me.
