Well with these loops, you probably could just lay it out on the ground and
fire up the transmitter to tune it in the ballpark and see what it takes for
capacitance.

Oh by the way, those tower sections are still laying in the cornfield. I
wonder if they would sell a few sections? They look like they are 36 to 48"
on a side. A guy probably could do a pair of 100' freestanding towers with
that wide of a side. Imagine a 2" ID aluminum irrigation pipe loop hanging
between two towers. That would be a bit of current, eh???
