Hi John:

No problem copying today.  I have an old laptop connected to the radio, but
I use that laptop
every day to get real-time stock quotes while the market is open (9:30 am -
4:00 pm).  So this
morning I ran a CRUNCH session to make a .wav file at 8200 s/s - from just
after 9 am until
a few minutes before the market opened - then I started the market program.
 Then I transferred
the .wav file to the big computer via a LAN while the market quote-grabber
was running.
Big machine decoded it quickly, and voila, there's your message.  Time
started was a few minutes
after 9 am EST on Friday Dec. 19th 2003.

The 0.059 Hz freq error is due to the TS850S - they don't synthesize on
exactly 1-Hz steps.
I wrote a program to emulate their synthesizer - I'll check to see what the
error is on 185.8 Khz,
but I bet it's within a millihz or so of the indicated freq.
