A splendid idea, Mike!  Seems to me that it's been a couple of years since
more than two or three of the North American LowFERs have been there.  (Or
at least, have admitted to it publicly. :)  Last year, I believe the Brits
outnumbered the American and Canadian LowFERs combined, and there weren't
all that many of them either.

If you would be willing to serve as the coordinator/contact point, this
would be a good time to start getting the word out in print, on other
reflectors, via the Web...maybe even by carrier pigeon, if somebody has some
bread crumbs handy.
