[Lowfer] Ten-Tec RX-320 Mods ?

All,

Was looking into the Ten-Tec RX-320D, a software, pc dependent radio,
and remembered Frank Gentges was "promoting" this rx and some front end
mods for improved LF performance, but can no longer find the ref. on the
AMRAD page. The LWCA has an archived ref. for the mods. (2001?) but the
link is dead.

Anyway, is anyone using such an rx on LF or other insights on this?

Is this similar to Lyle's down-converter and software approach
(SDRadio) -- or on the same trail, at least?
