I haven't gotten a confirmation from Bill Bowers, but it looks as though WEB
is still alternating between CW and QRSS modes -- one hour of each. In last
night's captures, WEB seemed to switch from CW to QRSS mode at about 0340
and 0540 CST. Perhaps another power outage at Bill's transmitting site
messed up the timer. My captures sometimes show a faint straight line during
what I believe are the 6 WPM periods.
