[Lowfer] FAW and WEB in MN

For nearly a week the fading on LF has been too rapid even for QRSS30
reception. I finally got a few complete identifiers from FAW this morning
until he faded just before 0800 CST. Capture at

The "dual watch" capture also shows WEB with a solid signal in the lower
half of the split spectrogram trace. Distances from here are FAW: 1000
miles; WEB: 1170 miles.
