[Lowfer] email test and NC Medfer 510.510 KHz

Recently my ability to post messages to any of the qth.net reflectors was 
blocked due to new spam rules.  This is a test to see if I can get thru by 
sending from an online web mail account.

Lloyd Chastant got a positive ID of NC Medfer 510.500 KHz on the 12th and I 
have posted his capture on the NC Medfer page:

This is not an easy catch.  No reports were received all last winter.  Looks 
like this is the first report since Lyle and Jim's report on 10 December 2001.
