[Lowfer] Cushman SLM

Thanks for your insights (Bryce too) on the ol' Cushman. One popped up
for sale and prompted a closer look into its LowFER use which seems
undesirable for QRSS work.

The CE24 Cushman Selective Level Meter is not useable as an LF receiver
for 
modes as QRSS or anything requiring a stable receiver. In other words,
they 
will work for a low frequency receiver but not a stable one.
