[Lowfer] No XDW in CT

Think the loop current/thick wall engineering  would be a bit much for me to 
contemplate here to get  to 2 W radiated? and anyway I enjoy knocking seven 
bells out of the wires! We are back at 2.8 amps aerial current now for 
around 270 W input - it was at 1.8A before I knocked off six inches of snow 
and retuned.

DCF39 and CFH were both around "s6" at good cw strength at 3pm, around 45 
mins before sunset/more dimmness
